But with Martin, I tell him everything... good or bad.
You have to speak up and be honest no matter what. You don't want to have unrealistic expectations and seeing one thing and assuming he's seeing the same... when in actuality he may not be.
You right. Thats why I want to go ahead and ask. I just hate putting myself out there. I need to know though. So I will have to man-up and do the Nike thing.

Don't you hate that! They're completely clueless and we have bad nerves. I swear ...if we didn't have to be the ones to man up all the time, things wouldn't get done!
